I recently buy a mallosi delta clutch, I need to know what siza of bell I need to use. I have a full over range on front and rear, which is the best belt to run this set up. Rigth now we run 787-16-30 and the quad runs great, but in one moto the Belt broke. I run 26.8 grams, mallosi yellow spring and res little spring on clutch. I apreciate the help.

Im think you uses a 109 bell, same size as stock.

Did you get the malossi over range kit with variator and rear pulley? A broke belt is usually a sign of misaligned pulleys. If you are looking down the quad front to back, at initial state are your pulleys on the same plane?

When I switched to over range the new var and pulleys did not match up and I had to switch out the spacer behind the variator to get it right. Can also use 1mm shims behind variator to get as spot on as you can.

On the belt, I use
M6111108 Drive belt Malossi Kevlar-

It's longer and wider than the 787 and works better in ours. Also holds up better.

This is my set up, and if you have somenting to tell me I'm really apreciate. Malossi team cylynder 47.6, mhr crank, malossi yellow pvl, malssi full overrange front and rear, snyder 90 pipe, 24 carb, malossi delta clutch, ellow spring and red little spring,27 grams on variator and 787 belt. I know that you tell me best belt.when I change the belt I need change roolers, what is the benefit with the belt that you tell me? Thanks

I know your looking at the clutch but the carb may be a little small for the setup. With that motor and pipe you could benefit from a bigger carb.

Ok, I've run this clutch set up forever. You need the 107mm bell. Also the 108 Malossi belt. I liked the Red Malossi Torque spring. The two sets of rollers that came with the variator should be real close to being right. You may end up with 3 of each or 6 of the same ones.
I always ran a 28mm D-slide Keinen carb and V-force reeds with a 1/4 inch intake spacer to lift the reeds out of the block.
You should use a Sharpie marker to place marks on the face of the variator to check belt travel.
Hope this helps.
