The special edition 09 450r is the best looking 450r from Honda I have seen.The bike is really sharp in stock form.All though this bike is just an organ donor for my 07 race bike, i am gonna keep it around for a practice bike,trail bike and possibly 3 wheeler conversion in the next year or so.i love the orange frame and graphics on this thing.it was hard to tear it down less then 8 hours after I bought it, but we want to start fresh with a brand new motor for the nationals this year.I can use alot of other parts from the quad too, like the radiator,carb,rotor,calipers, and plastic will all get transferred over to the race bike and unfortunalty for the 09, it will be pieced together with used parts from the 07 and used as a back up bike.the other option is to ride the 07 for this year, keep the 09 together for the most part, and build it as a race bike next year if i continue to race MX next year.anyway, here are some pics.
