D6 stock limited muffler rule??????

i was looking back through past threads and saw a post about atva ruling about cutting curved pipe on muffler because its out past the grab bar, is this accepted by d6 in 50 stock limited class, and is there any documentation on any websites (ama / atva / d6) if its allowed

I beleive it has to be cut for d6 not 100% sure, but when we ran d6 we cut ours

there is no performance advantage to having it, or having it cut off on a stk 50. if in doubt, get the hacksaw out.

I think the rule is for all quads, not just minis that your pipe can not stick out past the grab bar for safety sake.

not looking for any gain, just felt like it stuck out and would like to cut it, but dont want any problems with rulebook

like I said we ran d6 when that rule came out and almost all the 50 lim cut it off, so I wont be a problem!

Cut it off. From what I can remember the D-6 follows atva rules.

Ours is cut. My kid won 50 lim. 2010. our 1st race in 2009 we were told to cut ours. safty reason.
