i heard of afco- but wasnt really sure becuase they have the inlet and outlet on the same side of a radiator- and that is gona limit me on my CV4 hoses.

I run the Afco. It's a great radiator, but you must use custom lines.

I also run an AFCO, real nice radiator. Like K7 said, you can't run the factory hoses.

I have a afco and walsh radiator. The afco I had to buy radiator lines at an auto parts store that would fit the best. The walsh is on my hybrid, custom lines on that also. Both big compacity, especially the afco. I have yet to hit over 220 using the afco one, the walsh one always goes over 200 and when riding slow its worse(it probably is the 4 stroke motor, it runs so hot). A radiator fan would help the hybrid alot, maybe that is why most of the 450's have them?

I was thinking about getting an afco..and using aeroquip fittings. But I have no experiance with either also...

There's a decent one on ebay right now for 250, Wes Stone has one.

I thought about getting it, but holding out for a PWR right now.

I was holding out for one in that $250 range, I just prefer the PWR to afco... no real particular reason...

JDR make a radiator twice as thick as stock R. This is the one I have. I found it on this forum. This is the one Andy Lagzdins used on his 2004 build. I think i gave about $265 for it if they still make it. They didnt list it on there site. I had to call to get it. Does a great job.

Pro Series Per4mance is who they are or were, because i can't seem to find them anymore. well a few years back a bought an oversized radiator brand new on ebay. the guy didn't know what it was for. so i got it for cheap, hope to fit it in my R. when i got it it had a label with a part no. of sort. so i googled it and linked me to this company. where i found they had the radiator listed for a Suzuki z400. and right above it there was one listed for the trx250r. they only had about 6 different models for atvs, only other one i can remember is for a raptor.
sweet lookn radiator. i will post pics soon.
