normaly closed kill switch

I got a K&S normaly closed kill switch/tether for my trx450r and would like to know if there is a way to wire this in?
If not does anyone have a normaly open tether they would trade for a normaly closed tether?

if i were to run the kill switch in line going to the coil when the tether is pulled it would cut the power to the coil right? would this hurt the bike or the switch in anyway?

Ok so I talked to a couple diffrent shops and they all said the same thing: A normally closed switch (aka: pull to open) will work fine if ran inline on the power wire for the coil. One actually said it is better for electrical system than shorting it out like with the normally open switch (aka: pull to close).
