Just passing this along in hopes it might help someone else. I'm running Hiper CF1's with a tappered lug seat. The stock studs were always too short for my comfort and only offered minimal thread engagement.
I used the Polaris model cross reference and a little forum information. Stock stud is part number 7515513 this is also used on the Ranger series. With a little digging I found out the '07 Ranger LE uses a longer wheel stud because of the cast wheels. So I ended up with Polaris part number 7518378 at a whopping $.92 each. The KTM studs were right at $4.
Looking at the stock studs I was only getting about 3 full threads of engagement, much better now.
