I have an 05 TRX450R that was completely rebuilt from the frame up a little over a year ago. Quad only has ~15-18hrs on it and the front arms, shocks, stem, and pipe only have one weekend of riding at the dunes on them.
Motor;
Cylinder Works 480cc big bore kit, Stg. 3 hot cam, DASA full exhaust with black can. Motor also had new crank, valves, and clutches installed when quad was built. Still runs on pump gas and is very easy to start. Runs very strong.
-Bare gusseted frame
-Fox Float Evol DSC long travel front shocks.
-JD Performance max ground clearance long travel A-arms.
-GTT rear shock. It has a very plush ride, set up for 200lb rider but is soft.
-Hiper bead lock wheels front and rear (single bead lock fronts/ double bead lock rears) with ITP tires that only have two rides on them.
-JD Performance +2" steering stem with TAG bars and ASV shorty clutch and brake levers.
-Also have a brand new Quadtech hump seat cover w/ foam that is still new in the box that I haven't put on it yet.
-New OEM plastics in white that have a few marks on the rear fenders from my boots and a mark on one of the front fenders.
The oils and filter are changed after every other ride. I've also got a pair of rear ITP Sandstars mounted on ITP aluminum wheels that have a few rides on them (still have nipples on the tires) and riding gear (helmet, gloves, two pair of pants, shirt, chest protector, and Alpinestar boots) that only has a few rides on it that I would through in for the right trade.
Want to trade for 2006 or newer GSXR 1000 or 750. I will drive to you for the right bike.
