wheel sizeing question

may b a stupid question but im bout to get some new tires and rear wheels and there r 2 sets of wheels both r the same wheel but 1 set is 9X8 3B+5N and the other is 9X9 3B+6N what does the 3b 5n stuff mean??

its the offset/backspacing of the wheel. For example the 9x9 you listed has 3" inside with 6" sticking out. Make sense?

B= BELL (USUALLY BACKSIDE)
