Parting out yellow o2 400ex

Got everything except rims and tires, rear swing arm, and clutch cable. Got the lower tranny but needs rebuilt. Parting out to fix other ex so make me a good offer ( Willing to go lower than ebay) I have the top half of engine and ran good when I started parting.
