Anyone know what they put in it? Looks like a bunch of scraps or something?

just scraps of foam. Sucked doing it, my hands where bleeding after every day of tearing foam to go in there

Where did you guys get the foam from? To buy the blocks it's spendy.

I get about 2 thousands pounds of carpet pad every other month. If that will work and anybodies interested let me know
