2003 660 starter

ive got an 03 660 and a couple months ago i was riding it and it wouldnt start back up. when i click the starter it just just spins the starter but doesnt seem to want to turn over. i took off the cover where the starter hits the gears and it is spinning the gears but doesnt seem to be turning over the motor. what should i check other then the spark

im sure you've already figured out that its your starter gear. if not thats my guess.

havent even looked at the quad yet its a friend of mines but im not sure if its the gear because its hitting the gear just fine and spinning it

one way starter gear i believe its raptoroneway.com yeah they have a web site for this problem

If your going to replace the one way, you may as well change it all.
