No and no.

Yamaha uses a completely different bolt pattern then all the other brands.

And the banshee requires a 14.5" long shock, the 450R shock is 16.5", they're too long.

And the hole pattern on the Banshee is 4 x 115 (rears)

You can use yfz450 shocks but you will have to grind some off the shocks
