well i have all of the accessories i would like to have and i can get a little thing for my birthday. I have the 450r shocks , nerf bars, a hmf slip on w/ quiet core, some renthal bars, and air filter. i was just wondering cosmetic or anything else. what else can i get that is not engine related thats a decent upgrade on style or whatever. and is the plastic restoration really work or no?

Maybe some good quality skidplates, especially for the chassis.

i usually just ride dunes or around in my back yard so is a skid plate really necessary. but that was one of my main ideas of getting and i was also thinking a seat cover or hand guards idk. i just want people to give me their 2 cents so i have different options to look at. im weighing every option

No matter where I go I like to have at least a swingarm skid. Rest of the skids arent needed that much, but protecting the swinger is a big deal since the drive and brakes are back there.

i agree with what he said^^
also if you want sparks +6 key, grind header welds, or some sprockets. just a few little cheap mods. also ive heard the 450r carb is a good mod, but im not sure how well it works on a stock motor :confused:

I got a set of powermad handguards for xmas and they make the bike look sweet.

I was gonna recommend a gt thunder rear shock linkage. it lowers the rear end down and makes the shock sag more and feels more plush through the travel. but it also makes it really soft, which would not be good if you do alot of jumping out in the dunes, you would need to get the shock re-done for your weight with the new linkage.

as for plastic restoration you can jus wet sand them, start with a rough and work up to fine. is time consuming but your fenders will look brand new after.
