valve kit?

i need to put new valves in my 06er,i was looking around for a complete kit? but every one just had intake valves,im looking for a kit with everything,intake and exhaust,and all the neccisary hardware,looking for stainless steal valve.and when i get them do i need to get new seats,or can i get my current seats,re-seated?

I don't know about any kits but you can get the valve seats re-cut. C&D did a great job on mine and for a great price. I don't know whether its neccessary or not; I did it to mine because I bent some valves and meesed up the seats.
