Bike starts and only runs with choke on. It revs up fine with choke on. Second I shut choke off it dies. What could it be?

If it revs up fine with the choke on when it is warm, you have a major lean issue. post your mods so someone can tell you a starting point for jetting.

Bone stock motor. Closed air box with a uni filter.

With choke on it starts and revs fine. With choke off it won't start or idle. It'll rev but it cuts out like its starving for fuel. It'll idle and rev, and be fine with choke on.

The second I shut choke off it dies.

Sounds to me that the ethanol in the gas has clogged up your jets. Take your carb apart, unscrew your jets and clean with a wire brush and carb cleaner. Also take a air compressor and blow out the little holes in your carb. I had the same problem with my 08, did this and it works fine.:D

X2...sounds like clogged jets...either from bad gas or dirt.
