Need jetting help

I have a 05' 400ex all stock except for slip on fmf exhaust and velocity intake with K&N air filter Altitude is 600ft. Can anyone give me any advice on where to start ball park

152 main, 3.5 turns out on the f/a screw. steve

155 main 3.5 turns on the a/f screw and if you havent already done it 40 or 42 pilot.

I'm at 800 feet and mine is a 42 pilot 158 main and 2.5 on the f/a screw.maybe 3 out on the f/a.
