carb help please

Hello all...I need some help..I have a 2003 raptor with stage 3 cam 12:1 high compressioin piston, timing advance cdi unit..now here is my question.....it currently has an edelbrock single carb and polished intake. This thing is a pain to get jetted correctly. Should I just go back to the the dual carbs? Anyone on here have experience with this...fyi, this is how I bought the quad and i do have the stock carbs still...thanks in advance.

Never heard anything good about the edelbrocks besides they make good paper wieghts.
