i got a 400ex and it had oem 300ex tires on it, 22x7x10

they are wearing down but i see alot of people going 21" fronts. my 300ex had 21" razrs on the front but i never measured them to see how tall they really were.

anyone got pics with 22" fronts or 21" fronts.

i run 22" realtors in the rear for snow but i run 0psi so they float better. in summer run 20" razrs and i want get a set of mudskark rears again.

i would vote for 22" fronts x 7 so that you have the little extra clearance. it will look funny with 21" sharks on there also with 21" fronts imo. lol either tire is fine though really. the 21 doesnt have quite as much side roll in it but you can just run a psi or 2 more in the 22 and get the same result. steve

my last mud sharks only measured 19" with air lol.

ive been looking more and more up and am gonna go with 22's front since stock is 22.

now to decide what kinda tire. my razrs were good tires but was not so keen on the larged contact patches where it had no tread.

we'll see. pill post up some pics. i want 6ply only...im always blowing holes in tires lol

lol that would be a nice size mud shark. mine are all of 21" tall thats for sure.

there are lots of tires out there for you to look over. im a big fan of razrs, alot of guys like holeshots, and alot of guys like the kenda stuff also.

just about all of them are good though nowadays. it just depends on what you like really.

Razr2 fronts have the best traction, most people run razr II front and razr I rear.

How is the actual performance different between the Razr I rear and the Razr II rear?

I love the look of the Razr II but I have noticed not as many people run them.

Never rode with them, but ive seen the difference. II is much more aggressive and has way more bite, it doesnt slide as much too from what Ive heard. Regular razr has less bite and will slide predictably.

Holeshot H-D rears and razr 2 front is the best setup for woods. I would run the razr 2 fronts backwards, this helps with ruts and tree bit. Imo

I personally like the handling of a 21 front and 20 rear. Slightly lower but still with plenty of clearance in the woods.

Never understood the love for Mudsharks either, but if you like them, its your bike.
