Smallest tire for a 12" tall rim?

I have searched and searched. I made the mistake of ordering some sand stars on 12" rims, the tire itself is 22" tall. I currently run 18" itps for every day riding and love it...I havent tried the sand stars yet but I know I wont like them. Any suggestions for a shorter tire for a 12" rim? doesnt have to be a sand tire, i will put some dirt tires on it and swap some smaller sand tires to my stock rims. 20" or shorter please

you really need to stay with a 8,9, or 10" rim a 22" tall tire is what you will find in a 12" rim
