Cam Installation

Im in the process of putting back together my 400, i have a question regarding the cam installation. WHen you put the cam back in, do you have to put lock tight on the sprocket bolts? Also do you need to put oil or lube on the cam itself?

honda service manual reccomends loc-tite on the sprocket bolts, as for the cam just pour some oil in thru the caps on top of the engine
