I purchased the 05' 450R from Joe Byrd in late 06' at the Steel City race for $14,500. I used it as an race only bike, as I had 2 other practice bikes, for my local district 7 races the following year. I own a construction company and injured my back at work. I have had 2 back surgeries that put me out of physical work for 8 months. While I would like to ride again, I have to think about my family and be responsible. I am selling this bike that has sat in my garage collecting dust for over 2 years. My price is firm at $5,500 and I will not part out. If the bike doesn't sell, that's fine. It will just have to continue to collect dust. The bike is fresh as the motor has come back from DASA being fine tuned and I haven't ridden it since. It is sitting winterized. I am located in Laurel, Maryland.
