need advice on a 07 for sale

hello everybody i have found a 2007 yfz 450se on craigs list i can get for 1200.00.

the good:
houser +2 a-arms
works shocks
g-force rear axcel
pro-taper 1 1/8 bars
itp wheels alluminum
2 sets of plastics black and full white set
fmf titanium full exhaust

the bad:
broke the rod in two
needs a cylinder
needs a left case half
needs a crank and rod
needs a ballance shaft (rod hit it he says)
needs a piston and rings

the guy said he would let it go for 1200.00 would it be worth buying this atv to fixup.i was thinking about fixing it and then try to make some money off the sale of it.i checked parts out it would add up to between 1000-1300.00.

what do you guys think

I have a 07 complete motor for sale.I will take 1600 shipped.It is fresh with a Hot Rods crank and a CP piston.Polished side coversAll stock spec.That would be a easier rout and you could sell the engine cases & parts from the other motor.PM me if interrested.

i saw that same quad and talked to the guy, looks like a solid start on a project if thats what ur lookin for, wouldnt have to do much to the frame and suspension since it already has a lot of upgrades, could probably find a running motor for around 1200-1600 and part the other out and make some of ur money back
