I was recently replacing my clutch cable when i realized that there was what appeared to be another cable slot am i correct. also on my frame i have these metal hooks or something what R they for? ( i will post pictures)

I don't why those are on the frame in that position but those were mounting clamps for a genuine Suzuki accessory fiberglass skid plate.

where would that parking brake cable attach to? i could prolly get a cable but i have no idea where it hooks up. any info would prolly help
