What size bearing?

I need to know what size bearing is in the bottom of the frame where the steering stem mounts? I'm getting a drag T-Bar stem made, and the builder needs to know what size to make the shank on the bottom of the steering stem. Thanks in advance for any help.

I believe its the same bearing as the front 86 wheel bearings, if this helps.
