You guys will remember my thread here:
http://www.exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=447683

I bought this 87 250X for $600, and it needed TLC to say the least..... Well, here she is 99% done, still waiting on heel guards and skid plates, and I just need to go over every bolt just to make sure everything is tight. Here's a quick list of major parts:

powder-coated frame, swing-arm, steering stem, hubs, and spindles.

Lonestar +3 400EX a-arms

KOQ shock relocator

Elka Racing 250R/400EX length fully adj. shocks

T.M. design works chain guides

JT Racing sprockets

K&N filter/outerware

Hotcams stage 1

G-force axle

ECA bearing carrier

motosport nerfbars/bumper

brand new 400EX calipers/pads

Motion pro cables

Maier plastics

streamline stainless brake lines

new 300EX rear shock

FMF exhaust

and the list goes on and on... every part was either re-conditioned/powder-coated or replaced with new.. let me know what you think.

WOW...:eek2:

That thing turned out GREAT man! Nice work!!!

I see you went with a black/white/red theme.... as I'm going with a blue/white/black/red accents theme on mine. Where'd you get your sticker kit from?

Makes me wanna finally get mine done.....

Hey bigblue, thank you!! I am really happy with the way it came out!! It handles great!! and the motor has plenty of power for the trails! Next winter the only change I may make is go with a +1 long travel swing arm and Elka long travel shock. Anyways, the decals came from motodecals.com they look really good, I'm anxious to see how they hold up to riding.

Very nice... thanks for the info.

I'm not really into a bunch of aftermarket stickers/sticker kits all over my own fourwheeler. I like some of them on other peoples, but not so much mine.

Currently mine will look pretty plain without any decals on my plastics. So I wanted to do some tasteful, OEM styled stickers I think. Yours look nice!
