Is there any companies out there that make's an adjustment screw for the stock 05 carb. that can be adjusted by hand instead of trying to get to it with a screw driver? or any other suggestions.

I'm not sure about an after market adjustment screw, but this tool comes in handy! You just turn the handle to turn the head of the screw driver.

Yes there is. Tusk, MSR, I am sure a few others. I have one for the carb but it is for a fcr style carb, not our 04-05 style..

There is NO after market fuel screw for the 04/05 carb... I have searched long and hard for one.

Some one PLEASE prove me wrong!

This is a picture of a Tusk fuel screw for an FCR carb (the only one they make) and the stock fuel screw for the 04/05. This is a picture I took myself, not one I found on the internet.

These guys have them. I have a quote from the guy at woodwards from a 450r forum.. I would still call and verify it though

''The R&D flexjet is for the FCR carbs.... however the 04/05 carb uses the same thread, and the FCR screws will work in the 04/05 carbs too''

I know the threads are the same, but the needle length is diff.. I had another one in my bookmarks also, but can not find it :(
