I am looking for nerf bars with heel guards but they have to be either pro armor, dg or moose. Which would you choose between those 3?

I have the DG with the built in heel guards. Thick tubes. Built in foot pegs. Def a good buy.

Yeah. I was leaning towards DG. I feel that pro armor is too overrated and I don't know much about moose.

I've got moose on my 450r and thought i would hate them but i auctually love them, seem to be strong only problem is getting nets for them, they quit making them for the right side but still make the left side

DEFINALLY GET PRO ARMOR! Moose only has like 1" tubing and in my opinion looks like ****.

I'm looking for nerf bars for my 400ex. I like the pro armor fat peg nerf bars, but cannot find them in black, at a reasonable price. I have seen them for over $300, but I'm not spending that much. Any suggestions?

All 3 of these suck but the best of the 3 would be pro armor... but if you wanted something that wont brake after a few rides buy rath

I have DG on my 300ex for the past 7 years with no issues. I have friends with pro armor for a couple years on his 400ex with no breakage.

Rath is mighty proud of their nerfs. I'm not spending $500 for a set of nerf bars.

Only brand I have yet to destroy is Houser. thats only bc I have never ran Houser. They apprear and feel very sturdy. I would think Rath's new 44 Signature Series would be the strongest. I have seen lots of pro armor nerfs break along with Rock and Alba. only thing I have ever seen break on Raths were the old heel guards. you get what you pay for IMO when it comes to nerfs

I have the pro armor fat pegs with heel guards and love them. Seem very sturdy I did install a set of DG's on a raptor last weekend and wasn't impressed at all I can press down on the outer bar and it flexes , my pro armors don't do that. Also the black pro armors will chip after a few rides my buddy had them not worth the extra cash

everything I have bought dg has been defective, bent down nerfs, crooked bumper, pro armor is just junk broke heal guards out of three sets of nefs, one of the sets broke nerf entirely off of peg, would never buy another pro armor product, its junk, ac stuff is pretty nice, also rath is pretty nice, never had moose

Its out of those 3 because I order out of parts unlimited since my friend is a dealer. I get everything from them dealer price. If none of them are really not good and wont hold up then I'll go Rath or Houser.
