There's 4 options:

1) Buy a New one and put it in Boiling water to soften it up and stretch it over your carb.

2) Buy an Intake from a '91 Cr250

3) Buy a UPP Urethane intake for the 39mm carb

4) Buy a Boyesan RAD Valve for the CR250

Or, you can buy an aluminum intake from grizzly1934 on ebay, I was at his place last week and he showed me how he cuts them for the best flow. He says they make a difference compared to rubber ones, not sure if that's true.

I would, but I didn't buy one, haha. Just some case savers and a seat latch.

I have a Rad valve on one of my motors and a UPP intake on the other one. Maybe I'll try one if I build a bigger motor sometime.

LOL. I haven't tried that either yet. I'm just building the motor now. But I have heard the same thing about low/mid.
