Did anyone ever try these stems ?

SuperATV (Brand) (http://cgi.ebay.ca/613-HONDA-TRX-400-EX-STEERING-STEM-2-7-8-CLAMP-/150550604343?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item230d83ea37#ht_1058wt_907)
or
No name Brand (http://cgi.ebay.ca/Honda-400ex-2-Steering-Stem-Chromoly-W-Bar-Clamps-NEW-/260419551914?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3ca23702aa#ht_627wt_907)

Would they be good for a recreational rider ? They Both have the Anti-vibe Bushing systems.

Input appreciated, Denis

I'd say if your looking for a cheap good quality stem to check out Burgard, I have their stem and it's great.

IMO they both look alright for the price. I guess im not 100% sure what the others cost in comparison though. I guess it would depend on what color you want and which mount style you like better really.

I guess if i had a bent one and was looking to go taller i would look at one of these as an alternative for sure.

You get what you pay for imho. Check this out, its not to costly and they can modify your stock stem for cheaper.

Thanks for the comments everyone,
I had totally forgotten about Burgard,
have their A-arms and they're great.

I'll go with them since I know they make good stuff.

CJM, the rebuild would work but would end up costing
the same as new considering I live up in the twigs of
Canada (have to ship my old stem there).
Very good alternative for someone closer though!

You guys are on fire this morning! haha

I should get my frame from the powdercoaters Friday.
Parts are still in the mail for the Engine but I'll take pictures of the process ! :)

Wonder what color I should go with :

Frame : Silver with Sparkle/flakes
A-Arms, Swingarms, nerfs and bumper: Gloss Black
Plastics : Yellow

Black would be the safe color.
Chrome would add a little bling.

is the 60$ extra worth for the extra bling ?

I agree with Steve. I'd go with black and save that 60 bucks for another mod:macho

You do make a good point.. So long as the ebay person doesnt have bad negative feedback you dont have much to lose.

I personally dont want an aftermarklet stem that much, yea antivibe would be sweet but the problem is the aftermarkets are stronger than the stockers, stocker will bend easier and save things like your bars and frame and such. While its not proven its food for thought imho.

Oh PC it black, if you scratch it easier to touch up with some paint.
