i am trying to fix my cousins 2003 3000ex. He bought it off of me a year ago, rode it for about 7 mounths, and it was like somebody flipped a switch, and it would act like it would hit the rev box at about half throttle. i thought maybe the carb needed cleaned out, so i did that, then took it to a shop to get baked or what-not, and it still wont run right, i have thrown a new jet kit in it, which entailed starting from scratch and trying to work it out w/ the carb, but that didnt work either. so now im hopping somebody on here will be able to point me in the right direction. If it might matter, the bike only has a yosi slip on, dyno jets (38 pilot, and 110 main, located in Kentucky) and k&n filter w/ lid on.
