Anyone ever use a G force axle. My lonestar is bent and the G force is half the cost. Just looking for opinions, I know you get what you pay for but I don't motocross so I think it should be fine.

I just got one, it is a good looking axle.

The carrier area looks the same, except for the groove where the C clip goes on the brake rotor side. That groove is closer to the rotor nut, less splines, but that shouldnt be a problem if the 250R nut will work or not.
The C clip used on the 400EX, must be thicker than a 250R C clip, cause the groove is wider & deeper on the axle than the one on a 250R axle.

One other problem, the 250R axles have 25 splines on the ends, the 400EX has 24, so the 250R wheel hubs wont work.
250X,300EX,400EX,450R rear hubs are all the same, so you'll need a pair of those.

The 400EX G Force axle is 38 1/2" long, 250R Lonestar aftermarket, is 41".
The 400EX G Force beside a stock OEM 250R axle, is like a + 1 on each side longer than the stock OEM axle.

I was told G-Force axles are made by RPM... take that for what its worth. This is from a source that sells both axles...

I have one in my R. I used a RAD antifade nut. I dont think the stock 250r antifade nut would have worked. I like th eaxle, I mainly ice race, so I like to be able to move each rear wheel to get my setup to work. As noted, you need 400ex/450r rear hubs.

That RAD axle nut, it for the 400EX or the 250R.

Are you saying the stock OEM Honda axle nut wont work with the 400EX axle ??.
Thanks, Neil

I had a G-Force axle on my 450R and never had any issue's. IMOP it's well worth the money.

i am currently running a 400ex g force axle in my r. i used the 400ex nut cause my 250r one was stripped. and i had to use the 400ex hubs too of course. mine has spacers to adjust it out i think one and a half inches on each side.
