moving to Wisconsin and looking for Full exhaust

Title says it all, i'm moving to wisconsin next month and before spring gets here I plan on upgrading my exhaust. I've read on these forums that the state of Wisconsin is pretty picky about pipes and such so for those of you who live up there, what brand would you reccomend? I will be looking for a full system and then getting it jetted, etc. I have an '07 400ex and the motor is completly stock right now.

I would go with an fmf q4 slip on part with a power bomb header to make it nice. That will cause you the least grief. i havent had much trouble with anyone with either of mine but Im willing to bet that one day i would if i ran my t-4 all the time at 95 dB. the q4 is right about 90 and sounds excellent for a nice quiet sound.
