Up for sale is a 2000 400EX. I bought this bike in boxes in 07 I believe, put it together, and 'sold' it to a friend, but went and took it back after one payment after two years. He didn't really ride it that much, so it didn't bother me, but I figured its time to get some money out of it. In the front end pic, you will notice it has one newer front hub, a mis-matched a arm, and different front shocks. I'm not responsible for any of that, that's how it came in the boxes. This bike is a stolen recovery, original VIN numbers are intact, and will be sold with Bill of Sale, but I don't have a title for it as they are not required in KY. Tires aren't much to talk about, but they hold air. Everything works as far as I can tell. I have run two tanks through it and didn't have any problems. Bike is in OK shape, has a few cosmetic blems, but really just needs some TLC and a new home. Motor has TMM shaved flywheel, CRF cam chain, Wiseco 11:1 piston, bored to a 406, and the head studs have been professionally helicoiled. All top end work was done after I bought the bike. It had a knarly cam in it, but I took it out as it had seen the better days, put in a stock cam, and now there is a slight tick up top. Bike also has a TMM bored carb, choke removed, which makes it a pain to start when cold out. It isn't jetted spot on, but it's close enough that I didn't mess with it anymore since getting it back. Just want it gone and out of my way. Bike also has Renthal bars, old school pro peg nerfs, Armadillo belly and swinger skids, HMF slip-on, and I have no idea what kinda header it is, 450R rear brakes, and UNI filter. It's ready to ride. I'm keeping the handgaurds. Everything else is exactly like it will be. Pics taken yesterday.
