Kickstart Lever keeps popping out?

I have an 04 honda 450r and the kickstart lever keeps coming out while I am riding. Everything else is fine on it but its just annoying. Is there a way I can adjust a screw or something to tighten that up? It kicks over fine nothing wrong there it is just the lever on the pivot that comes back out like it is loose?

Like everything it also needs to be maintained if you take off the kickstarter then take the one screw out of the kicker becarefull for the seal and inside there is a ball bearing and a spring in a hole remove the spring and the ball clean everything and put back together another thing I sometimes do is take the spring and spreed it apart just a little it will hold the kicker in tighter I hope that helps. just over time the ball gets stuck from dirt and does not work properly oh and grease everything when you put it back together
