250x hybrid ideas????

Well to start off i bought a beat up 300ex from a friend that needed alot of work, along with alot of 250x parts. Ive since stripped it all down and put all of the 300ex parts onto the 250x frame due the the 300ex being cracked in mulitple places. I was told the 300 only needed a clutch but i found a few bent valves and some other things so im doing away with the 300 motor. i am wanting to put a 450r swingarm and a 250r shock on the back with 400ex shocks and a arms on the front. Im just at a rough spot trying to figure out what motor to drop in it. Any ideas???

Heard people use to put 250r motors in them?or you could try a 400ex motor.

125 or 250f motor

I was thinking about the 250f motor. But what brand? Keep it all honda? Im not really wanting to do all the work to my frame for a 400ex motor or i would put that work into my 300 motor and not touch my frame. Although does anyone know how hard it would be to drop a 250r motor in that frame?

any brand 250f is good, i heard yamahas the most reliable but id say use whatever you can get your hands on

350x offer allot of power and potential. Cheaper than a 250f motor and is almost a direct bolt in

See thats what id really like to find is a 350x motor!! Does anyone know where i could get one fairly cheap? It doesnt have to run i can do the motor work myself, just trying not to.

put a crf250 or cr250 motor... id go with the cr250
