there is a guy in Knoxville TN that has a brand new one but he wont ship it. local pickup only

I know i already talked to him, and every time I ask when I can come pick it up he either doesn't reply or something comes up and I cant pick it up, and this has been going on for just over a week. So i was seeing if there was anybody on here that would just ship it.
