I know on my 400ex I ran without a base gastket and had no oil leaks and slightly higher compression.
can I do this on my 250X? I was thinking that a 11:1 weisco and no base gasket should still allow my to run pump 93 with no spark knock goin on.
I think the gaskets are .020's thick so it would be equal to shaving the head .020's and running a 11:1 piston. how much will .020 gain in actual compression ratio?
