Tighten it with an impact and be sure to use cotter pins. Also, whenever it needs tightening, don't remove the hub, just tighten it where it is without taking it off the splines. If it still won't stay tight, it's time for new hubs.

Loctite, impact as tight as it can get it, and a cotter pin.

and if the splines on the hub start coming rounded or its loose on the axle, put loctite on the axle splines or the splines in the hub. plus on the nut too of course.

mine come loose every ride, always have. its a bunch of factors, the colars for the adjustable axles get mushroomed a little bit. the end of the hub might wear a tiny bit. any little change with either will make the nut loosen up, if you loctite the nut it will stay tight but it might not be tight up against the hub if you get what im saying, it just locked it in place where it was. just check them every ride and always use a hitch or cotter pin

right, but thats why you use an impact gun WITH loctite, that way you know its on there good and that it wont budge. and if you don't have an impact gun or air compressor, use an Johnson/breaker bar on the nut, maybe through a bigger socket with an extension on the end there to make it that much longer for more leverage. you wont overtighten, just give 'er
