Around here, probably around $1800-2000.

thats it around where i live there was a slightly built 2000, that had full elka suspenion with light engine mods that went for like 2400

2500 is the best possible price right now.

Start listing it for 2500 and see what happens.

Part it out. put everything on ebay and you will make more than 2500. It may take a little longer, but stuff will sell.

Exactly.

Problem is now isnt a good time to sell since people are broke since its after xmas and the economy is in the crapper.

Parting it out would work best.

Yeahh honestly quads arn't worth much at all now. I couldn't get one single call with for my Honda with it listed for $4500 and I put a lot of work and money into it!

yeah selling a used quad sucks ! You put all this money into it and can't get crap for it. I also have a 2002 400ex that is totally done up and looks awesome, couldn't get over 2grand for it. I never ride it now that I have a 450 and a dirtbike - but I'd rather have it sit in my shop then give it away for 2 grand.

thats exactly what im doing, I knew i'd never be able to get my money back so the idea of selling either of my quads has never crossed my mind. I'd rather look at them in pristine shape in my shop untill I die...
