I will get pictures of the plug in and out as soon as I can, hopefully by this weekend Ill have pics.

I havent had a chance to weigh it, but its been on my mind lately. I think I might just take a regular bathroom type scale and stand the quad up on it to find out, it will be close enough.

The turbo project needs a fuel management system, I was working on one then kinda pushed it to the side, then I had a few races come up and tuned the quad back to run without the turbo and now I just gotta get back on the project.

If you have any good ideas on how to get extra fuel with boost pressure in a carb? let me know....lol.

Not a clue how to help you on that, I was just interested to see how it turned out. I love the stance of your quad though. We lowered mine here awhile back for some flat track races and came out with this.

Our creeper will roll under the nerf bars but it won't go under the frame lol.

do you run with the exhaust can off? if so thats taking away from your power. sparks pipe works best for the 400ex. i have a friend whos 400ex runs 4.8s all day with a 200lb rider, its on alky with an over ride tranny, i believe its a 460 or something

This is only a wiseco 440 kit with the mods listed below and what you see in the pictures. If I had a override trans, 12 paddles instead of 8 and alky, Im sure I can atleast turn my 5.6 to a 5.0 . If I had a 460 I could probally hit 4.8 easily....just more things to add to my wish list...lol.

I tested it at the drag strip and actually gained 1mph and took a few tenths off my time just from removing the exhaust tip and jetting accordingly. I think thats why drag bikes and cars run straight pipes.

I had my 400 dyno and the guy asked me why was i running the pipe. He then said if you take the pipe of you will gain 1/2 to 3/4 hp. I told him i dont think so cuz that's alot to gain. But he was right we picked up 3/4 hp.

This dose not aply to all motor's. My motor is at 13.1 comp. 440 kit. JOHNDOE83 you need to get a +6 chromoly swinger take the front brakes off if you havent.

front brakes are gone already....lol.

Ive been looking for a swingarm, had a guy gonna sell me one for $200 but havent heard from him since we talked about shipping?

About the pipe, Four strokes work differently from 2 strokes, two strokes need back pressure to work proper, four strokes get more power the more air they can flow in and out. and it takes off weight...lol.

I have a +6 Moly tripple Chrome with flame cutout carrier section, Custom adjust polished struts, New X chain, steel braided Brake line. basically complete drag setup. Also have a set of AMS zippers on rims. Still looking into another project, but can send a few pics if interrested.

here are a few pics with the plug removed.

Its been awhile since I removed that plug so unfortunatly the rubber was corroded and fell apart and I had to dig out some of the pieces from the carrier. it hasnt been out in atleast 3 years...lol.

Its a good thing you asked for pictures or I wouldnt have thought to check it, needs more grease also, but still clean on the inside!

Ill get a new plug today or tomorrow and post a pic.
