06 450er bottom end [Archive]

I am selling this as a bottom end, but I have the cylinder/piston(stock) and a new OEM head if anyone is interested. This initially had a frozen crank in it so it was replaced with a new OEM crank and everything was inspected. Shift forks and transmission were perfect, and the entire bottom end has a generous 20 hours on it. Cases are perfect, no breaks/stripped threads/etc. Motor has not been started since it was rebuilt. This was kept just as a spare for our supermoto bike because it was easier to replace a motor between rounds than to rebuild/replace transmission parts. Not really needed right now though, so somebody else should enjoy it.

Brand new, never ran. Never ported. Never assembled.

Haven't thought too much about it...but 210+shipping is what strikes me as fair (paid 300 for it).

No valves, and I can get you some better pictures on Monday if you'd like.

800 shipped. 750 without the electronics. I have nearly half that just in the crankshaft. You won't find a better motor for sale.

New OEM crank. Perfect cases! Zero flaws!
