swingarm damage control need advice

DRR with long travel suspension, the chain is eating though the littlee rubbercover and grinding into the swingarm, anyone else having this issue? how well does the DC engine relocator kit work, will it solve this issue? didn't really want to spend 175 but it is getting pretty bad.

You need to buy the white plastic looking swingarm protector and replace the rubber cover. The white piece will last forever. I believe Maximum RPM sells it. It is kinda expensive. The DC lowering kit is really designed to stop the chain from grinding into the frame just above the swingarm, so I don't think it will address your current issue.
