worth it?

i have a chance to pick up a 125 for $700, it runs and everything works. Is this a good deal and are there any companies making wear part like break pads. i think the quad is an 06' if that helps any

all day long that is worth about 300.00 to 400.00 tops.
the motors in the 125 are junk.
