05 front end on a 06 have questions

hey guys so heres the deal i have a 06 trx and bought a 05 long travel front end. i know they say you have to switch the hubs and spindles but i was wondering why you cant run 05 a-arms with 06 spindles and hubs?

the upper a-arm is either shorter or longer then the 06 due to the difference in the spindle. On most aftermarket camber adjust A-arms you should be able to make up the camber difference, the caster will probably be off if it isnt caster adjust
