I got one for you! I wheeled across muddy creek and front wheel hit other side and got up on the other side but the hit put my chest on bar,s and hands were on headlighthood and the throttle was stuck wide open ,and heading for tree ground was 1in thick mud so i turned bars in donut with chest did about 4-5 donut before I was able to get to key to turn off ,All the time friends watched and cheered when I was done ,was very funny to see they said .

That sucks i had same thing happen to me with old blaster bent axle .Then got Z and was climbing a hill with trees to the side and was not going to make it so I hooked front tire/a-arm on tree and quad hung there till we got tow rope to get down ,Saved it from looking like yours was some quick thinking on my part ,my friends were cheering/laughing .i went at hill in 3rd instead of 2nd ,never made that mistake again!

A sprained ankle, and probably a slight concussion. For about a week, I hardly knew which was up.:p

Not a quad but still a pretty good crash
Came out of a turn onto a long open trail on my crf450 grabbed 4th gear and held it tight just about to shift into 5th a rzr pulled out of a blind turn off the side of the trail and i smashed right into him.
Totaled my bike and a 2010 RZR.
Broke my femur, got KO'd and had a concussion the guy in the RZR was fine mayb a little shaken up but not much else.

Ouch! Reminds me of my last wreck. 3.5 years ago at a flat track race. Quad spun out in front of me in a corner going into the front straight. Hit his quad, knocking mine on it's side. I hung on, quad slid into the jersey barrier they used in the corner, I then slid along the barrier another 50 yards. I HEARD the 6 bones in my back and 4 ribs fracturing as I slide along the wall! I never thought those barriers were a good idea! Did that on a Friday night, back to work Monday morning strapped into the ortho back brace. Older members probably remember my bad wreck in Oct. 2004. No idea what happened. Wrecked my LT250R. Got a Life-Flight ride out of it. Used paddles in flight, free of charge. haha! Broke 10 bones, swelling and bleeding of 3 lobes of the brain, bruised right lung. Short term memory still suffers. Broke left leg in another crash after landing a jump badly, and collar bone long ago. Yes, I take lots of vitamins everyday, and HATE cold weather! LMAO! Sorry, nobody ever took pics of my dings!

leading on the last lap at walden in A-class. rear shock blew out on the take off of a 70 foot triple. pretty much did half of a front flip. face planted, and woke up in the hospital with a broken neck. fun times fun times.

Down at the Tulsa Shootout last year.

Caught some water in the sweeper, started to spin, then caught tacky again... broken collar bone.

Amazingly, the bars never touched the ground, and i got away with a bent axle and spindle.

He just looped out and laid it over, wasnt very spectacular haha!

The 600cc class and up are going way to fast for much saving. I wish they would have sent me back down there for the Pro event. From what I understand it is the event to be at.

I fell at that event within the first 15 minutes I was there. I had my sneakers on and the hill was damp, down I went. Broke ribs and bruised my spleen.....spent the next 7 hours climbing up and down that hill but couldnt do day 2:(

the wisp back in 04 just took of some skin but bent frame bars and grab bar on quad. don't have a pic but hit a kicker in a field 4th gear went over the bars and broke my colar bone last august that was no fun.

Lets see..

-Riding my old suzuki 230 pos 4 stroke alone and without a helmet and kept doing small jumps. Found a larger one with a launch and landing ramp-realized at the last minute to make the ramps they dug a hole the size of a grave and I backed off and went right into the hole. Smacked my knee/thigh up good and hurt my shoulder pulling it outta the hole.

-Riding on sandy trails w/the 400EX I came up to a turn and the quad went straight and wouldnt turn, I hit a small berm (trails are so old they actually have a 4 inch curb/berm on them from riding). Flipped over and the quad just missed me. I was fine and I busted the brake lever.

-Went down a small hill w/the 400EX and got a bit to sideways riding down and the force of the weight of the quad and me toppled me right over.

-Went down another hill w/the 400EX and flipped it sideways on me when i caught a rut with the tires. handlebars/clutch smashed into my ankle, my boots saved me.

Bout all really, I never flipped to bad or crashed to bad.

I was there. I trashed the front end of my bike there too, and blew the dern thing up at the next round.:rolleyes:

My "buddy" hit me on his 400ex. Well he's not my buddy any more he hit me in the begining of sept. told me he was going to fix it and had the parts for me. My quad is still smashed up in my garage.

No pic or vid here. This summer I was riding around this small sandy area up at my cottage, there are some trails that go through this sandy area and they weave around trees and stuff. Anyways there were a few little kids riding around on Raptor 90's, so I went into this turn that went down one of these short trails, and looked back right as I went into the turn (to check to see that there weren't any kids nearby) and WHAM, my right front tire clipped a tree and I rolled over (first roll-over on the LTR!). Quad & I landed on our sides, both without any injury. In fact the LTR didn't even stop running, I just tipped it back over and shut it down. I twisted my clutch lever and handguard back into position, and off I went again!

heres one i dont have any pics but its worth tellin my brother has this chinese 110 and i was out doin wheelies on it just messin around and when i went to push down then pull it up the spindle that connected the tire to the a arms snapped and when iwas ridin the wheelie i watched the tire fall of and onto the ground and ill i thought of was dang the one time i dont where my helmet but its was actually ok cause ill i have from it is a scratch on my leg

Thats exactly what I did on creek crossing but front end got over and up bankment but my body was just like his (Grassman) then quad took off full throttle at tree ! lucky me I turned quad in donut and saved myself. Oldie but a goodie. Was on wacked out sports.

Came up short on the freestyle landing during a show.

Dislocated my leg from my hip, and lost my vision for about 15 minutes because I hit my head so hard. Blew the back out of my helmet.

I have a cluster of pics for you. it was at montreal supercross in 2009. i broke my nose in several pieces, orbital bone, check bone, jaw, 4 teeth and cracked my skull.

This is a quick video of mine. Last race on the last lap of the year. I got landed on and flipped. Four broken ribs, seperated shoulder, and a hematoma on my right hip. And about 9 weeks before I could sneeze without tearing up. Also, I was out for about five minutes and then another hour before I remember anything. I do not remember the crash.

Bent the frame of the quad tore a fox front shock apart and bent the steering stem. This is the worst for me so far and I hope not to have any worse than this.

my worst crash was at jolly roger msp, I have literally no idea what happened all I know for fact is I hit the last double in the set of three on the stretch before the intimidator (if its still setup that way) and hit the bank to the right about 12 feet up, fell straight down on my face. Quad came down somewhere in the vacinity of the back of my head, chin piece on my fox V3 pro pilot crushed up into my nose/forehead area. After that from the testimony of the flagger I got up, chased the quad down and kicked it over a few times. lol I hope my dad has pics of the quad after, it was completely mangled front to back. Aparently it took three guys to get it back in the trailer! Anyway the medics brought me back to my pit, my first memory from after hitting the jump in the first place is pointing to my pit and telling the medic where it was (aparently this was after being checked in the ambulance and whatnot?) After that If I think real hard I can remember just taking my boots off and laying down in the back seat of the truck. Woke up about 4 hrs later on the way home and puked a ton of bloody **** up out the window.

At the end of the day I was alright, fractures wrist, massive concussion, and I bit a good portion of the tongue off (hence the blood in the puke)

The funny thing is my fondest memory of the day is thinking what the other drivers must have though about the epic blood stains down the side of the white trailer on the ride home haha.

Hopefully my dad has pics of this event, or atleast the carnage of the 450r after.

Crazy Horse or another? I would NEVER try that hill on a quad.. Quad hill climbers got themselvs of ballz! On a quad if you don't make it, it's flipping back down and potential bars, levers, steering stem, a-arms, tie-rods, axle, or fenders being broken off/cracked/bent on a bike it is usually a single flop and the potential lever or MAYBE tweaked bars.. I may be going to the Ville this Saturday on my bike..

Creek jump followed by a wall climb at a race this year. It was the fast line, but I didn't make it. I hit a large rock halfway up the hill which bent my frame and stopped my foward momentum. I ended up ghost riding it back down to the bottom.

He was actually fine. I was cringing when I saw it all happening. That is the type of wreck that does alot of spine damage when the weight crashes down on the back.

we had a rider that use to ride with us (only a couple times) that was just not ment to ride and does,t learn well . first two times he rode with us we told he,s friend to tell him to slow down and not do hillclimbs (cause he was inexperienced) but he does,t listen ! so he crashed and rolled quad both times ,then comes back weeks later with motor work ,he said he needed faster quad (HAD Z400) then last trip with us he broke left side ribs ,we were riding and I looked behind me and he hit rock which knocked hes hands off bars and he falls to the right just as he was passing tree on right he ended up doing a helichopper off the quad thought the air hits ground 15ft away ,then jumps on quad as fast as he could so no one would see him was so funny. ended up telling guy dont bother coming riding anymore he too dangerous!

The only one I have actually have pics of the damage.
Riding down a main trail, and some punk on a Yfz, on my side of the road is racing his friend, I come around the corner about 4th gear mid throttle and from what he told me he was already in 5th gear. The corner is blind, so I see him on my side going hella fast, and I swerve into the brush on my side of the road, well he does the same thing. I hit his nerf bar head on and the impact throws me off. I was fine and the kid had a couple cuts. The outcome. Nothing hurt aside from a mangled bumper.

Crazy Horse or another? I would NEVER try that hill on a quad.. Quad hill climbers got themselvs of ballz! On a quad if you don't make it, it's flipping back down and potential bars, levers, steering stem, a-arms, tie-rods, axle, or fenders being broken off/cracked/bent on a bike it is usually a single flop and the potential lever or MAYBE tweaked bars.. That hill was in the valley of the giants, ive done it a bunch of times but it ate me up that time, it is the biggest hill coming out of the valley, next spring ill have to hit you up we ride there almost every weekend, we usually ride with preacher and those guys

20 quad holeshot, bad start, guy in front hit a puddle and covered my goggles, by the time i got a clear vision i was 4th pinned into a 5 ft tractor tire filled with dirt on the edge of the track with a sprinkler in the center. twisted frame, snapped stem, nerfs destroyed, some arms destroyed, axle bent and i broke my wrist
