Fee collection (BLM) will start this Friday, 2/14/03 at Sand Mountain.

New Rules & Regulations (http://www.sandmountain-nv.org/rules_and_regulations.htm) are also in effect.

Looks like BLM made a small mistake and the fees won't start until March 12, 2003.
