Just started my 2011 rebuild the other day

How she looks right now...worked in it last night and tonight and just have to pull the motor out yet and take off the shocks, arms, and swingarm and it will be ready for powedercoat!

wht are your plans for it..color combo, new parts, etc...

i plan to get the frame, arms, and swinger redone in white. Get some new Rath 44 series black nerfs, new Fox Podium shock, new Rath bumper black, new seat cover, new wheels and new bars. I also plan to get new white plastics, and hood. I am modeling my rebuild after Tony's bike, his post is the one titled "New 2011 Trp Trx450r" it looks soo sick. Then in a few months when i have more money i plan to get some new Walsh arms and some Fox Floats but for right now im just getting my PEP's freshened up

oh and i talked to Tony and im getting graphics and number plates just like he has on his bike in that post.

well i got it completely stripped down ready to sandblast and powdercoat! it also turns out im getting some new suspension too: bought some Walsh arms from Nick Denoble and now im looking for some fox shox.

hey guys its been quite awhile since iv updated this but i should be getting my frame, swingarm, and stem back from being powdercoated here today or tomorrow and then i just have to drive up to Baldwin Motorsports to pick up my new PEP Pb1s that Mark Baldwin is building me! im excited to try that setup out, ill have a walsh flow/PB1 setup in the front and in the back i bought an 06 swingarm because my bike is an 05 and Mark is building me a link and a PB1 for the back too. i should be ready to start puttin' er back together by saturday so im pretty excited. ill keep this posted with pictures

nope just gettin the valves adjusted and normal checkup stuff, its a stage 2 rossier build with stage 2 crf cams, 13.5:1 piston, crf ignition, and a higher cdi box.

I would keep an eye on your radiator. Looks like it is smashed in pretty good on the outside. Mine was the same way, then it started leaking really bad from that spot. I have heard it is from your fenders.

im in northeast ohio about 30 minutes south of canton, around the millersburg area. where are you at? this year im mostly gonna do CRA stuff and a few nationals and NEATV but next year im gonna do the whole national circuit

I'm from the Youngstown area, and actually work for a company out of millersburg lol. I'm just getting back into riding again and l am hoping to run most of the cra and maybe an neatv or two

Yah ill proboly start there and decide wherer to go from there. I really wanna take a trip up north some to neatv to see how nice those races are. They seem top notch imo

bike looks great man .. i have never run a nationals race but josh creamer was an neatv pro and raced that series same with joe haavisto mike walsh and alot of other big names race it and love it dustin wimmer is racing the full neatv series .. we have people from all over come to these races but if you want to check it out or ask questions to other racers go to
