View Full Version : how to route clutch cable with curtis sparks header

i put new clutch cable on and its just melting not to sure how to route it because the headers are different then stock

I ran mine down under both of them. Just useing a zip tie for now to hold it away from the headers but when I get back from vacation I'm going to make something better for it. Zip tied to the right side motor mount just to hold it tight and away.

If you already burned that clutch cable you can also get a clutch cable for a 92 Honda 250X and run it down the side of the frame. It's longer than stock and completely avoids the headers.
