well i did swap my renthal 450r bars i cut down to 29" from my nice 300ex i build. stole my fmf clutch and perch, im selling my 300ex and stealing parts of it. gonna take off my AC wide grab bar and 300ex tool box cuz the 400 didnt have one and im not buying it. ill justhave that stuff welded to the old subframe.

im not happy about stock a-arms or stock axle but at 46" wide for the woods thats about the max i wanna go. i was spoiled with a +4 over on my 300ex front and rear.

i am stealing my 3+2 itp front rims off my 300 for the 400. it has a white bros slip on, open air box and k&n. ill be going to a uni for sure cuz i ride in dusty areas.

it needs a chassis skid, and i want beadlocks for the rear, i needed them for my 300. i got a bunch of tires, like razrs and realtors and other stuff for dif types of riding.

so im not gonna change it to much cuz im only 140lbs in gear. my buddy has a 05 yellow with 440 kit and 450r shocks, he did say it was a harder rider in the front but im not riding his.

id like to powercoat the frame and gusset it up since my 300ex one was done up like that. other then that, it should work about how it is for the woods. i dont MX or have the desire to.

I dunno about you but I run without heel guards and absolutely hate it. I need to get a pair that will fit with my nerfs or a pair already built into nerfs, its just too risky to ride without them imo.

ive rever run then, i only ride with boots. back in the 3wheeler days we didnt have pussitious lol!

I like heel guards, one false move even in boots and you can run over your foot pretty easy.

did it on my 300ex and my 200x once. i dont even have foot pegs, they are nerfs cut off it looks.

lol pussitious thats a good one. Better hope your foot dont get sucked under it aint fun. Happened to me once and stuck under there and couldnt get out. The header burnt my leg pretty good and someone had to lift it off me. Not fun.

i will 4 now, i might have hreatv make me something to attach to me pegs, but i wont run them plastics oem ones.
