highspeed compression

i have been searching and i cant find anything about a highspeed compression adjustment for factory shocks. i am just trying to figure out what the best setup is for mx. and im not sure if there is even a high speed adjustment i can make. thanks for the help.

There isnt any highspeed/lowspeed adjustment. Its a single rate of compression adjustment , rebound, and obviously preload.
